One appointment · One team · The whole lifecycle
The appointment
The client appoints Integrate under an NEC4 Professional Service Contract and contracts directly with the builder under the agreed building contract. Integrate is named in that building contract in the applicable role: Project Manager under NEC4, Employer’s Agent under JCT, or Engineer under FIDIC. The contract defines the authority. The client retains the building contract and pays the contractor directly.

The difference

| Authority | Advises; your staff decide | Named in the contract to act for you |
| Accountability | For the hours worked | For the outcomes in our appointment |
| Appointment | Timesheet or agency terms | NEC4 PSC with a defined Scope |
| Continuity | Ends when the budget does | One team, business case to handover |
